L.I - To remember basic facts

This week for basic facts boxes I did up to 10. It took me 5 mins and 23 seconds  to do this activity. I  need more practise to get faster and remember my basic facts.

Mixed Problems | Maths

L.I: To solve word problems of different types.

We had to solve a bunch of different types of word problems. We also had to show how we worked the problem out as well.  All of the maths groups had to share the thinking back to the class.  I didn't finish all of the slides because we had to share our work to the class.

L.I - To find,select and record facts

Today we did a planet jigsaw. How to do this activity you will have to fill in a grid with facts about the planets. The group with the most information about the planets will win a prize. 

Constellation | Reading

L.I - To use skimming,scanning and summarizing

Constellations are groups of stars formatting a object. We did 2 kinds of constellations called Cancer and Cassiopeia.  The DLO's and shown below with more information. 

Maori

L.I: To say what we like in Maori

This week for Maori we were learning about what we like in Maori. He Pai ki ahau (What I like). We had to make a poster about what we like. After that we did a word problem.

Kiwi Can

L.I - To recap learning from this term.

Games:  Octopus and Invisible touch 

Learning: Honesty,Integrity,Reliability and Responsibility.

This week for Kiwi Can we recaped all the learning we did in the past few weeks.  After we recaped our learning we had the choice of choosing games for us to play. We played Octopus and Invisible touch. 

After the session we got a lollipop each.
