L.I - To learn how to be fit
For Kiwisport we did HIT. HIT is a exercise that warms you up for learning and working.
Pull up bars
For the pull up bars you will have to lay on the ground and put your hands on the bars making sure our chests are nice and flat and pulling up.
Mountain climbers
For the mountain climbers we had to move our legs up and down fast but if that was to easy then we could do the mountain climbers on the ground.
Press ups
For the press ups we had to do press ups on an mat and the other person had to cheer you on.
